Our
Story /
As parents ourselves, we wanted to create a space inclusive for working parents with small children. We found that when it came to the weekend we were very limited on activities we could do with a baby and thought we would try to change that.. and so the idea of Milliebob's sensory begun (named after our beautiful daughter Amelia).
We found there wasn't really any purpose build sensory rooms in the Southend-on-sea area and found ourselves travelling a lot to find places to take our baby. We have decided to include tea and coffee making facilities so that parents have a safe, non judgemental space to sit and have a chat before/after their session.
It was really important to us to make sure we included a spacious and clean baby change area and so this is something we are really proud to say we have achieved.

Our long term goal is to save all profit made from sessions and eventually find a larger unit in a more desirable location to make Milliebob's Sensory bigger and better with a larger cafe area for socialising. We will also be looking into franchising the business to open more of our sensory rooms across the UK.
